The Small Print 

We appreciate that life gets in the way when we aren’t expecting it so we try to keep the small print simple.

If in doubt talk to us. We want you to get the most out of the work that we do with you.

The rules.

  • When you book with us we will send you an invoice.

  • We expect the invoice to be paid before the workshop, training or consultancy session happens.

  • Up to 2 working days before the start of the consultancy, workshop or training session we are happy to work with you to rearrange the time if possible or refund the invoice where we have not committed to any expenditure to support your session.

  • Within 2 working days of the session we are unable to offer refunds.

  • If we cancel a session a full refund will be given or a mutually agreeable alternative session offered at no extra cost.
