Even the most capable person can struggle to delegate effectively – but while there tends to be one outcome there are multiple reasons why delegation is a struggle. Using the state of the art Harrison Assessments to inform the content and delivery, this is no normal delegation skills workshop.

We are more successful at a task if we enjoy it, and for many of us we simply don’t enjoy many of the activities that make up the process of effectively and successfully delegating. The Harrison Assessment shows us what attendees don’t enjoy, helping us to deliver effective training to help them build alternative delegation strategies and unpick what has clouded their view of this essential management activity.
